Each group must pick one member of the group to be a contact with the Cabinet. We request that this be the Game Master, if at all possible.
-
This contact person shall be the one to submit dates, times, game played, and number and names of participants to the Cabinet to reserve rooms for play, via email. (

-
Once a room is reserved, it must be used.
-
Cancellations must be submitted a week in advance
-
Emergency cancellations will be reviewed case by case by the Guild cabinet members.
-
If a room is reserved and not used, the group will receive a strike.
-
Once a group has received two strikes, the Game Master will no longer be allowed to reserve rooms under the guise of the Guild for the remainder of the semester.
-
Each group has 30 minutes after their assigned time to have at least two people from the group in the room before they will be assigned a strike.
-
The calendar will be posted on the Guild website as the reservations are sent in.
